Who We Are

The Palm Beach County Justice Association, f/k/a The Palm Beach County
Trial Lawyers Association, is a countywide organization of comprised of 350 trial attorneys and 75 paralegals that represent the plaintiff in civil cases. It has grown to be the most dynamic countywide trial lawyer organization in the state.

Our History

The Palm Beach County Justice Association was established in 1988 by a small group of Palm Beach County trial lawyers for the purpose of networking and the mutual sharing of knowledge. United in their dedication to representing the injured party in civil cases, the association organized occasional programs and seminars for the education and professional development of its members.

The membership is dedicated to inspiring excellence in advocacy, and upholding the honor and dignity of the legal profession.

Today, the Executive Director along with the Board of Directors continues its mission of providing civil trial lawyers with the tools and resources needed to improve and enhance the standards of trial practices and better represent their clients. The membership is dedicated to inspiring excellence in advocacy, upholding the honor and dignity of the legal profession.


Maintaining an active calendar, offering its members:

  • Monthly dinner and lunch meetings with interesting and informative guest speakers
  • Paralegal Breakfasts
  • Accredited CLE seminars
  • Social events and fun-filled Signature Events like our Fishing Tournament, Barrister’s Bartender Bash and our marquee Golf Tournament. A portion of the proceeds from each goes to a variety of local charitable organizations

  • Trial Talk; a list-serve dedicated to helping our membership communicate with each other about court orders, verdict summaries and judgments, referrals, and other pertinent legal information
  • Litigation Bank; an entire legal resource available 24/7 days a week
